poetry
every creation we create reveals something about the universe but moreso about ourselves.
don't you think?
the colors of you
From earthly browns (groundedness, strength, clarity)
to greenly trees and leaves (delight in nature)
and ruby redz (wink) and heavenly beds
Nobody compares to your every hues
and cheerful cues.

For this day of July 1st
the universe has brought me and the world
the most beautiful and exceptional ...
... that is You!

~ A Birthday Poem, July 2023
ignorance is not always bliss
I never knew how deeply I would miss someone
with whom I used to fight with ... a lot.
I never knew Love to be sooo painful with a loss worse than any heart break I ever known.
I never knew how real hurt felt like until I discovered her own.
So it is true...
one can never truly appreciate another
until they are gone.
Value the ones you love
especially those who loves you back.
For ignorance isn't (always) bliss.

RIP my little KSD (April 2023)
the cycle of We
It's ashame how one can have utter glory in the expense of others and envious seconds,
Feelings soar high while melody drops low,
We all float in misty skies.

One may realize the depths of ones' sorrow
for thee shall follow,
And it can be hollow.

Swim into the ocean of glee,
where we could be,
in the heavens of free.

Don't you cry (my) child,
You will soon be me.
Just like the birds and the bees,
It's the cycle of We.

And so I rest my eyes,
In thy tearful skies,
May you feel like a child,
where all is a surprise.

Rest my child,
you will soon be wise.
Know that your world shall be,
as happy as can be.
