​I recently started theraphy to help with my healing journey since the loss of my best friend, my beloved little sister to suicide last April 2023.  She was the only family I had left.  As I continue to thrive and manage to do my very best to stay sane I am committed to helping others witht their own struggles... I hope you can too.
